Operational Excellence in Focus Sezela and Merebank mills Quick Wins June and July

Monday, 19 July 2021

Thank you to everyone who took the time to participate in the Quick Wins campaign! Everyone who submitted in the Quick Win implementation is a winner and it is amazing and encouraging to see Line Managers participating in the process.

It shows how much value they see in small improvements, and they are certainly setting an example of direction for Illovo employees. Well done leaders! It has been encouraging to see the security team from Merebank participating in some of the Quick Win implementations, and a special thanks to the SHERQ team for involving them.

Last but not least, it is worth mentioning that almost all departments at Merebank participated in the last two months’ Quick Win implementation.

We received a total of 23 Quick Wins in the month of June & July! Well done to teams.
